Hi there, I'm new here.. used my fitness pal on and off in the past but never really joined the forum and kept falling by the wayside on my own! Got 2 1/2 stone to lose and making myself unhappy feeling so unfit at the moment. I'm not much of a runner at all but I have agreed to do a charity 10k in October and can't back out - so want to use healthy eating, more exercise and building up to running the 10k to my advantage to get losing the weight I need to. Happy to chat to anyone in the same position and keep each other going! E x
