Before I get flamed, I just want to state that I realize the make doesn't simulate training at higher elevations exactly, and should probably be called "Resistance Training Mask".

I was wondering your thoughts if you do train with one. And if so, what are your routines with it?
My brother bought one of these for my birthday last week. I've done some HIIT rowing and had a strength session with it. I'm thinkin' it's pretty cool, but don't yet know how it'll affect training long term ... but it sure gets my heart going.

i have no experience in this. however, the mask doesn't really simulate the elevation, just makes it harder to breathe by restricting airflow. it doesn't simulate the air pressure at high altitudes, which is what makes it harder to breathe.0
