Getting Going

Been stuck in a rut lately :( been eating real unhealthy....any tips on getting out and starting to finally bee healthy?

    JUST DO IT.

    No, but seriously, no procrastination nonsense. Start today.

    Meal prep. Weigh and refrigerate/freeze your meals for the next day/next week.

    Meticulously count and log your calories. I mean everything, from ketchup to Diet Coke.

    Start exercising. Not too much at once, but work it into your weekly routine until it becomes a necessary part of it.

    Let yourself enjoy what you eat, just learn to moderate it. Instead of 5 cookies, have 2, then log it.

    Celebrate small victories. And if you fall off the wagon, don't get too discouraged. Get right back on.
