For weight loss to we go by calories before or after entering exercise?

If you are going by MFP numbers......you want to use calories after entering exercise. MFP gave you a deficit BEFORE exercise, other calculators may have included it up front.
That said....MFP exercise calorie burns are "generous." Most people eat back 50-75%. Pick a number, use it for awhile. Eat a higher % if you are losing faster than expected, a smaller % if weight loss is slower than expected.0 -
