I am trying to keep to a 1500 calorie diet but am having a bit more difficulty with snacks. What do you eat for a snack that packs protein but not a large amount of calories? Right now I eat three meals and two snacks a day.

I don't snack, but I find it easy to incorporate protein into meals by eating a variety of normal food - meat, fish, other seafood, eggs, dairy, nuts, grains, vegetables including pulses, have some of this for each meal, they all provide protein.0

Broccoli has a surprising amount of protein, and it's physically hard to eat a lot of it. I pack that and hard boiled eggs in my car for snacking0
