1 slice wholemeal toast, 1 slice 97percent fat free river gum smoked ham, 1 about 70gram egg from our backyard chooks, 2 sprinkles of sea salt, 330ml full fat milk, 1 medium pink lady apple, 2 cups of water

    To me, that would be a lot of food.

    If it fits in to your daily intake, it looks fine.

    "Healthy" means so many things to so many people. ;)

    As long as this combination fills you up and fits your calorie goals, then enjoy!

    Sure. Personally I wouldn't add salt if I'm using ham, and I don't drink milk so that wouldn't ever fit into a breakfast for me (unless it was a skinny latte).
    Eat what you like, what fills you up and what fits in your diary!

    Depends on what you call healthy and what your goals are. Does it fit your goals? Do you like it? Then eat it. If not then don't.
