Time for a change.

I'll start by saying I've been overweight for as long as I can remember. I was even chubby in preschool. I've tried to diet off and on with no success, even joined a gym went a total of maybe 25 times in 2 years. I felt entirely too self-conscious while I was there. I hate being in front of mirrors for extended periods of time due to me being overly critical of my body. I tend to have very poor self control and also tend to be very lazy. Im tired of it. I don't want to feel uncomfortable just by being me. So it's time for all of that to change. I got on the scale about a week ago. I weighed in at the biggest I've ever been a whopping 320 lbs! I was so ashamed and discouraged because of how big I've gotten. See, I've been telling myself for many years now that I'll lose weight that "this year is the year" but it never is. Well it is now, a long overdue change. I just turned 20 years old this past weekend and my birthday present to myself is that I am going to do this, NO MORE QUITTING. I'm doing the Keto diet, lo carb and watching calories. I'm trying my best to exercise at least some everyday, I've been swimming a lot because I look at that more as fun than exercise (lol). But this is the start of my journey and my transformation I can't wait to see where I will get to! I got on the scale again yesterday and I weighed 316, its a start!
