need help with some fitness to

Work out my inner thighs and my arms.. i want to get bk to my high school weight 120 before i had my girls i currently weigh 130 but am in need of the best workout to firm and tighten my arms and slim down a bit on my inner thighs an tighten .. if you know what works good i would love to know..

    You can't spot reduce.

    Eat in a deficit, find an exercise you enjoy.

    A lot of people will recommend strength/resistance training.

    Unfortunately you can't spot reduce, your body will lose fat wherever it wants to lose fat. For instance I will actually lose fat from my wrists before I lose any on my lower abs ugh But what you can do to 'tighten and firm' is to strength train. Strength training while in a deficit will help you preserve and even build some muscle.
