I have had a couple of bad days with eating (three days in a row meant eating out for various celebration/ occasions!! Im feeling pretty guilty today...Typical how they all come at once
I decided to look at non-weight based achievements to try and cheer myself up. Here is a side-by-side from last November to last weekend ( I got heavier between the pic in November and Jan 24th this year when I started my fat loss journey (for the final time... I will be successful!) I can definitely see a difference, and at 24lb down out of a (first) goal of 50lb, im excited to see what other changes happen!
