i find that the most difficult thing is to just do it. motivation only comes after action for me. i can be mentally frustrated and thereby "motivated" but my desire to do nothing always trumps my mental desire. only when i just get going on my weightloss be it logging, exercising or whatever does the real desire come...the kind of desire that keeps me moving. Sometimes you just have to reach deep within and just take the steps...one single day, one single hour at a time.

This is why all the weightloss schemes are so popular and suck our bank accounts dry....we want something that typically takes little effort not because we're lazy, pathetic, sad people, but because we just sometimes can't find the motivation to start. we want the results so bad, we're convinced by the slick advertisers and their "paid" spokespersons that just maybe there is an easier way...and we just say..what the hell, i "can" do that..and we buy in....only to find it never worked as advertised.

Unfortunately there is just no substitute for doing it. you CAN do it. you really can. trust in the calories in calories out program, believe in yourself and set a steely determination to just never give up! :) Consume less than you burn..consistently over time..months. log religiously and weigh your food.

Don't attempt the impossible, attempt the possible! your not gonna lose 60lbs in 2 months. pick what you CAN do and do it, just make sure its on the path to success. Be patient, be persistent, be educated, be ready to do more as time goes on. be the person you want to be.
