LIquid diet?

I am a drinker. Not the bad type but I have to constantly have something to sip on. If I am working at my desk I have something sitting next to me ALWAYS... I TRY to have water but it gets old. I LOVE my tea as well. I LOVE the juicer as I can juice my breakfast and sip on it until noon and it keeps me from snacking. But it gets old and I can't always do that. Are there any suggestions for good smoothies I can sip on? I know juicing removes the fiber and you get ALOT of sugars. But I usually do mostly veggies with a little fruit for flavor. Mix in chia seeds and also eat a pc of Wheat toast with PB for breakfast. I always eat a solid dinner when Im home.
