Last 13 pounds to goal weight and need motivation!

Hi all! Im down 42 pounds and 13 pounds away from my goal weight. But I noticed ive been slipping on motivation lately and not tracking as accurately. Overindulging too much as well. Any motivations or tips for POWERING through those last stubborn 10-15 lbs? Looking for inspiration and encouragement to keep my spirits up :)

    Wish I had the answer! I'm right there with you. I've lost 22 and am working on that last 8-10. This week I gained half a pound & 0.5% in body fat. Womp womp. Ive spent most of the day teary eyed & depressed. Trying to get my head in the right place to get back on track. I struggle with mentally sabotaging myself. All I can say is that if it were easy then everyone would do it. It takes surrounding yourself with positive people & encouragers to keep that healthy positive attitude. I feel like as a team/community we can do this! Feel free to add me! I love to offer support & encouragement

    Hey! I've lost about 41 so far and I'm on my last 15! We're in the same spot!

    I'm having the worst time with motivation as well...cake sounds great right about now. I just have to keep telling myself a little is fine, just don't go overboard. Keep in your calorie goal and you're fine! Think of how good it'll feel to get to your goal -- is extra cake worth it? Maybe not.

    I like to stick to the words -- the only way you'll fail is if you don't try! You can do it! Keep going!
