Possible Training Plan thingy

If anyone accused me of messing about, they'd be right. I feel like I've been looking for a program I want to stick to for a long time now. But the usual plans often offered like SL, SS, All Pro, etc just do not inspire me at all.     To be honest, I stopped reading at ectomorph since that was debunked a long time ago. Have you looked at PHAT or HST or PHUL? I don't like SS, SL or All Pro, frankly I find them boring.

    @usmcmp I've never read the xxxmorph part of that, wasn't particularly interested in that bit. I just skipped straight to the part about lifting the same weight for more reps gradually and the plan part after that. Can't find anything on HST, PHUL looks okay though, PHAT looks terrifying long and yet strangely enticing. But also something I shouldn't do as a beginner.
