With all the different types of watches out there I'm looking for the best watch than can help best track my particular work out. I do 3 weight sessions a week with one maybe two HIT sessions.
Does anyone have advice or recommendations that would best suit my needs?

There's not really a good wearable for strength training and HIIT right now. Most of them track your steps and distance, so they're great for walking and steady state cardio but that's it.

There was a company called Atlas that claimed they were making a wearable that could track strength training but it never really materialized.

Thanks for that, was coming to the same conclusion myself, was hoping I may have missed one in my search.
