Are my stats to low?

Hi everyone, I'm 5'8 and 167 pounds. My heaviest weight was 230 pounds.
My question is, is 1200 calories a day to low for me? My exercise right now is very minimal, maybe twice a week. Before I will eat 1800 to 2200 calories lifting almost every day and I lost fat and gained muscle. I had a baby a few months ago so things changed and I have been detected with anemia. The weird thing is I feel good with 1200 calories, it sounds crazy to me because before I was like that's starvation mode for me. Is it because I don't exercise heavy anymore? Should I amp up a bit. I want to continue loosing fat! Thanks so much for your input

At your size, probably (I'm two inches shorter and can't function on less than 1500). If you're breastfeeding, it absolutely is too low.
You don't have to worry about starvation mode, as it takes a very long time of eating in a deficit to occur. But you still need to fuel your body.3 -
Definitely add in more calories for breastfeeding.0
