Trying to up my power lifting moves without putting on unneeded fat. Any advice?

are you on a power lifting program? if not, thats a good place to start.1

I'd say eat just a little more over your maintenance calories and keep it clean as possible. Progress will be slow but that might be the best way to gain strength and mass without gaining to much fat1
