No time to cook? No time to exercise??? Balderdash.

I've read numerous threads on here that state "I don't have time to cook," "I don't have time to exercise" (meal prep, weigh foods, warm up, etc...). Before you lament your busy busy schedule that doesn't allow you to spend 20 minutes in the kitchen, or a 10 minute walk a day, consider the following:
*How much time do you spend on social media every day?
*How much TV do you watch?
*Have you watched an entire movie this week?
*Do you play Candy Crush (XBox, solitaire, Farm Pals, whatever...)?
*When you play with your kids, do you sit down with them? Could you substitute a physical activity?
*Do you spend hours at the nail salon?
*When you go out with friends or family, do you go out to eat? Could you integrate a fitness oriented activity?
We all have the same 24 hours in a day. You must manage your time to support your goals. If your priority is health, fitness, losing weight, whatever you want to call it, you have to adjust your time to reflect that.
