As one who often hits the wall or works so hard all week and the scale doesn't move, all I can say is keep at it. Make sure you are getting enough calories and logging all you eat. Only weigh yourself once a week. Live to be healthy!:happy:0

Im right there with ya. WAY DOWN on the motivational bus right now. I literally work my butt off 7x a week in the gym. I eat 1200 calories a day, I don't eat back exercise calories and I am losing NOTHING! its beyond frustrating and disappointing to get slapped in the face when I get on the scale and I, in return, punish myself by more exercising which does NOTHING!
I am doing almost 2 hours of cardio a day and weight lifting 4 days a week and I am still not where I want to be. In fact my scale has gone up in the last 2 weeks. I eat high fiber cereal with fruit and almond milk, 2 - ww chicken burgers with salad, no dressing for lunch, 2 ww chicken burgers with steamed veggies for dinner or make dinner 2 eggs with 2 egg whites and I eat this every day and guess what NOTHING comes off. Im right there with you on the F this bus.0 -
1. Don't hit the wall, you'll hurt your knuckles:bigsmile:
2. try some different work-outs - a new DVD, a new class, walk/run a different route
3. Try some new meals, making sure you have enough protein and good fats.
Your body gets comfortable really quickly, so you need to keep it guessing0
