Bat wing testimonies?

Hi there, just wondering if anyone has successfully gotten rid of their "bat wings" without surgery. I'm down 46 lbs and my arms have always been a problem area for me. I'm just not sure about how I can get my arms toned at this point. I need and help or tips I can get.

Have you been doing exercise that specifically targets the tricep muscles?

You won't be able to spot reduce, my thighs are always a problem. Just do the best you can.0 -
in time, the skin may shrink up a bit. Mine have shown improvement by building muscle all over that region. Biceps, triceps, and shoulder. Hard to explain, but the bigger shoulders and slight overall skin shrinkage over time makes them seem less wing-y. Really, it's the stretch marks now that bother me more than the loose skin that no one notices but me.1
