Vangie, I hope this app helps! You might also consider a food scale so it's easier to know how much you are eating. Great job on working out and changing your eating, though!!1

be a student. learn about the app, learn about calorie intake levels, learn about your BMR and TDEE, learn how to track your food accurately. its the only way your ever be successful. once you've learned, then ask your unresolved questions. MHO.1
