Hi I'm Krystle

Hi everyone my name is Krystle. I recently started using this app about a month or so ago. My fitness goals is to be 100lbs lighter by my first year anniversary. (I'm newly married 5/6/16) I also want to be involved in my children's life physically and teach them about healthy choices. They're 2 and 4 and are very active and eat their fruits and veggies but also have a tendency to eat unhealthy and I know that's my fault. No excuses I'm ready for a change and a change for my family as well. Any helpful tips would be wonderful
