Not something you usually hear, been on my diet since January, I've been trying to up cal's but it's a struggle, my desire for eating is not there. Today for example I completed my diary at 1200 cals, dinner was 2 piece's of Turkey bacon at 50 cal's.
A complete turn around for a guy who lived on chocolate and anything deep fried. I lived for eating junk food now I don't have an interest in any food.
I know this isn't healthy so need to nip it in the bud before it gets out of hand.
Anyone relate to this?

Peanut butter.
Eat full-fat versions of things (Vitamin D milk instead of skim, chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts). Eat real, thick cut bacon instead of turkey bacon and then cook other things in the bacon grease.
Risks of maintaining a VLCD if you're at a normal weight include all kinds of horrible things. Gallstones, thyroid and other hormonal problems (testosterone is a hormone), heart damage. You know... important stuff.0
