This Is What Squats & Lunges Do...

This is what they do for your bottom and thighs. This is my 2nd Squat Challenge, a friend here on MFP, sent me this challenge called " Booty Builder Challenge", It consist of Squats & Lunges. Don't give up, everything you are doing will and is paying off, even if it is slowly. Don't give up on yourself, you CAN and ARE doing it!
