Silly question about back fat

Very silly question I have to ask but I am 5'7 and 178 lbs as of now. I don't consider myself large nor small more like in between. My biggest problem is cellulite and back fat :/ When my arms are down on the side of my body my back fat is there but when my lift my arms up (reaching for the sky) the back fat doesn't show. Makes me want to walk around like that all day so it doesn't show lol jk. Does this happen to anyone else? Under the fat I am toned it feels like but somehow I am having a hard time getting rid of it. (Eliminated soda, 1600 calorie diet, cardio 4 times a week). In addition, has exercise helped you reduce cellulite?

Even people with low body fat have cellulite.

That darn back fat is pretty stubborn. I'm 5'5" and 160 and I still have a little bit of it. It is much smaller than it was 30-40 pounds ago, so I just keep working at losing a bit more weight. You can't "spot" reduce, but as your body fat percentage gets lower you will see it go away (or get smaller). My target weight is 145 and I have a feeling it will be all but gone by the time I reach that goal.

I have had really good luck reducing cellulite. Whether it's losing fat or exercise (or a combo), the cellulite on my upper legs and bum is nearly gone. I do exercise 6 days a week doing cardio, strength training and yoga. Lots of squats, lunges and leg lifts, plus swimming.

The appearance of my cellulite is actually worse while cutting. Not to put people off but just a warning that in a deficit, some people go very squidgy, I'm on of them. Had a longer than planned diet break recently and I firmed right up and it gave me a truer picture of the progress I made. My cellulite is reducing but it comes down to genetics and reducing body fat I'm afraid. And time. If you're not doing resistance training, start, that will also help a lot.
