Can someone tell me any good tips advice to crush cravings?!

For me eating fairly healthy and exercising beats the cravings. Most of the time. lol
When it's unbearable I just eat whatever I'm craving, but only a small amount. Then I'm good.0 -
Right now, my stall tactic for cravings is drink up to 3 glasses of water (which, me being me, I keep forgetting to log). If after 3 glasses, I STILL crave, I have a *little* bit of whatever it is. So far, so good.1

One reason women overeat is that they don't hit their food craving right on the head — they keep bingeing until they're finally satisfied.
Firstly ask yourself what you really want: Salty? Sweet? Smooth? Crunchy? Food cravings can be broken down into four categories. If you are craving sweet and crunchy, try a mini bag of popcorn mixed with a little bit of artificial sweetener or even sugar.
If you want sweet and creamy, opt for a light vanilla yogurt. If you're thinking about something salty and smooth, try a couple of pieces of low-fat string cheese; if you really want salty and crunchy, try a handful of dry-roasted nuts or soy nuts. Hope this helps.3 -

Drink water & get away from that situation that is making you crave. Exercise, get busy and do something to get your mind off your craving0 -
Getting away from my food source helps. Today I am at work and packed my lunch so I don't have an excuse to eat more. Planning an activity like going out for a walk, bike ride, fishing, etc. can help twofold by getting you exercise as well. You will sometimes have a bad day. I had a really bad binge day yesterday do to some stress. If that happens all you can do, is remember tomorrow is a new day and try again.0

I don't think cravings are bad. The are part of human nature, like we crave a lot of things that we try and fulfill. We crave love and connection so we search for friendships and relationships. We crave material things, this varies from person to person. We also crave food.
Eating what you are craving isn't bad. It typically gets bad when you deny yourself that craving day after day, week after week. That one time when your human side falters and you give into that craving, your body is like, "Holy crap finally I need to eat it all." Then you binge on it and maybe some other similar foods.
Instead, enjoy the craving and savor it. Life is so da** short to always run from things and deny ourselves some enjoyment. That is why I really like IIFYM, I can eat a cupcake and still lose fat and make progress. It keeps you sane. When I do this, after eating my craving, I walk away so the tempt to stand at the food and graze is no longer there. I try and build relationships with people and talk. Its a huge win, I got my craving, now I am not binging on food, plus I am building stronger relationships with those people around me.
I am going to assume something, feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but your want to avoid the craving stems from the idea that some foods are clean and others are bad/dirty?0 -
When I really want something, I go do 20 minutes of yoga, and then if I still want it - usually not! - I'll have a little bit. It helps that I live 2 hours from the nearest grocery store, and I do all my shopping once a week. I shop carefully, so my binge choices are pretty much limited to healthy foods anyway! I'm also a vegetarian, which makes a lot of my meals naturally low calorie. That means I can actually eat a lot of food, and I'm rarely feeling hungry or dissatisfied.0

I found that it helps if I try to think a bit why I am craving something - I am bored? Restless? Did I just see something on tv that looks really good? I am hungry/dehydrated and jumping on the first thing that sounds good? Or do I really really want the item in question? I generally find that if I stop whatever I am doing at the moment and have a small glass of water I can just usually figure out if I really need to eat and all, and if I do, if I can grab something that might be a better choice.0

I eat lots of protein and healthy fats, and moderate carbs and my cravings are gone. I do like snacking at night so I always have lots of baby carrots, celery, and cucumber in the fridge. I usually have two tablespoons of spicy hummus.0
