My ticker is a bit off from where I actually started - I have now lost an average female woman!

    This is a familiar sensation...

A small bale of hay. Since I grew up on a livestock farm, I refer to my excess weight in terms of sacks of feed. a sack of feed usually weighs 50 pounds. So I consider myself to have lost a sack of feed.

I used to tell my skinny buddies when they would comment on my heavy breathing and sweating when working, that they should strap two sacks of feed to their *kitten* and see how much they were sweating or how hard they would be after an hour or so of hard work. LOL....

Now I only have one sack of feed strapped to my *kitten*.....

    (Midsized Microwave + Cinder block) / 1.97 (i.e. 35 lbs)

ETA: Initially started at 160 lbs, only started using the ticker at 140 because I didn't want my boyfriend to know (or confirm) that I weighed more than or as much as him for a while, haha.
