Hey everyone,
Jose here from Southern California and I would like to have more friends here. 23 years old and currently 185 (12%BF). Trying to drop to 9 percent body fat. Trying to lose roughly 8 pounds of fat. Not super strict on my diet but I need to know exactly what I'm eating to make some changes. Anyways, I need to feel more accountable and would love honest opinions and suggestions.
