Yes.
Depending on the intensity and duration of your workouts you may need to shake things up a little every now and then, which includes taking weeks of lower intensity / lower volume. If you need proof of this have a look at most marathon training plans and you will usually see several weeks of building volume followed by an easy week followed by more weeks of building and so on....0 -
