I went on vacation to New York from 6/2-6/6 and only gained 1.5lb which I know is not a lot, but ever since my weight fluctuations have been all over the place! I've started going back to the gym and eating at my calorie goal again. I started thinking I was losing weight again this week and then I weighed myself today and back up 1.5lb. So frustrating!! Why is my body doing this???

    You started going back to the gym recently so you're most likely holding water weight. Ride it out for a few weeks then reassess.

    Many things can cause your body to hold on to water weight.
    Alcohol, your cycle, high sodium foods (processed and restaurants).
