Physical Ailments Due to Obesity

So... I've been having trouble with my feet. I had a sprained ankle back in October that ruined my left foot for 6 or 7 months. Then in April, overcompensated of my right foot by favoring it because of my left foot being weak ended up aggravating my right foot plantar fascitus... it's near the heel. BASICALLY when you aggravate that part of your foot it is due to over stretching the muscles there... it is a huge reason to lose weight and thus more pressure on me to lose as fast as possible... I got new shoes a couple weeks ago to alleviate the issue... That didn't help much. Even drivint hurts sometimes due to the muscles beig. Exhausted and inflamed. Today I got a cortisone shot in it from my podiatrist... I hope this helps alleviate things completely and I can go do fun stuff I love this summer such as hiking, camping, and theme parks. I've been pretty depressed over being injured. It's even given me extra pains in my feet and up my right leg from walking the wrong way to compensate the foot pain... this past few days I've been premenstrual and overeaten... not to mention all this crap too... so stressed. Any encouragement would be appreciated

Sorry to hear! You don't need to exercise to lose weight, all you need is a calorie deficit. Exercise is for health. Sounds like you need to rest, without rest it will take longer to heal. Do you have access to a pool?
