grape seed oil for most things; it has a high smoking temp and is pretty neutral in taste...olive oil for lower temps...lard if I'm going for crispy and deep fried...coconut oil is nice with spicy dishes but can be overpowering for some things0

what kind of coconut oil do you use? i get the super cheap processed stuff and can barely taste any flavor from it0 -
I use extra virgin olive oil for most things but if I don't want that flavor I usually use peanut or canola for cooking. I use sesame oil quite a bit for flavor.0

Mostly olive oil, sometimes coconut oil or butter if I prefer one of those flavors for the dish.0

Avocado oil, coconut oil, olive oil. Sometimes butter but most things I used to use butter for I use coconut oil for now...namely my eggs...I love the coconut flavor with the eggs.0

Don't believe everything you read. Olive oil is safe even for deep frying.1 -
I know there are conflicting studies out there, however I love eating it raw so I am not depriving myself from all the wonderful benefits, I throw it in my salads daily and love it with hummus and yogurt spreads! My diet is mostly middle eastern go figure!
