Just started TODAY.. Need help and motivation.. I'm 5"3 and 169 ponds.. I have a gym in my apartments.. Started using it today.. My stomach area is my main problem.. Any tips would be great.. Cut out breads, salt and soda.. Thanks

IMO gyms at apartments or offices are the best. Often times you'll be the only person there. To me it makes getting started easier.0
