To the one person that sent a friend request thank you for reaching out.
To the rest of the app I'm out of here you ppl have proven what I already knew. That I'm doing this by myself for myself all alone which I suspected. I must say this it is something that I am very used to. So as soon as I post this I will be deleting the acct and app

You said you were from Colorado, are you looking for folks only from Colorado?

Sometimes it takes time for people to read and respond to posts. You posted you are from Colorado at 7:25pm then at 8:40pm you complain because you didn't get the response you were expecting. Sorry you didn't give people here chance to offer you support

I think you would find more support if you had a profile picture.

I don't visit the Introductions board very often, so I didn't see your previous thread until I looked for it just now. I'm still unclear what you wanted. You didn't ask for people to add you (not everyone here wants or even likes the idea of friends) and I didn't seem to have anything in common with you, so I wouldn't have responded for fear of derailing whatever you wanted your thread to be. But welcome to MFP, I guess. I hope you have luck with whatever tracker you choose after you delete this one.

Give people an opportunity to read your post and respond. You just joined yesterday, and as they say - Rome wasn't built in a day. I also find it helpful if you talk about your goals, interests etc. -- people generally like to befriend those who have similar ambitions/interests or are in a similar stage of life.

Passive aggression is not generally the best method when it comes to trying to make friends or build a support system.

You haven't gave people time to respond plus people all over the world here. I'm in the uk and a lot are asleep here and if you only want Colorado people, might not b many
You need to add a picture also

I love threads like this. Post-count of 2, thus showing that OP has made absolutely no effort whatsoever to engage in anyone elses threads, but has a tantrum that people aren't beating down their virtual door. You get out what you put in, buddy.

Not to mention this thread was posted like, all of an hour after OPs first thread was posted.
