Hi everyone! I'm Holly, 37 years old and live in Saint Paul, MN. I accepted an offer from my mom last night that if I could lose 75 pounds (putting me at an even 200lbs) she would pay off my credit card to the tune of about $5000. Pretty good motivation right?!

I'm new at this app, it was recommended by a coworker when I told her about the deal I made with my mom. I've used Sparkpeople in the past but this site seems a lot less cluttered. Any tips for using it with a Fitbit? I just linked the two and so far all it's done is double my water intake log. :)

Looking forward to sharing my journey with you all!
~Holly

Here's a link to the FitBit group

Read up on your device model. Enable negative calories (keeps you honest if you slack off). This is Home menu - Settings & Diary Settings. Eat a portion of calorie adjustments back.
