Hey! I'm looking for advice on starting a work out at the gym I really want to get involved with lifting weights and not just cardio, also I'm curious about supplements, vitamins, pre work out, protein. I should be incorporate into my diet!

Hi beckskies! First of all it depends what your goal is. Do you want to 'bulk' up or do you want to promote lean muscle. Bulk up will mean lots of meals and calories whereas as lean muscle is a high protein diet but on a 'normal' amount of calories.
