I'm going to be 50 in a few months, working on taking better care of myself, exercising regularly eating better and working on losing 15 pounds.

LOL unfortunately that's how I think, although I did good this week. I walk 3miles at least3 times a week.0

1 week down! Keep it up and before you know it you will miss the days you don't do something! 50 is just a number. I'm 51 but my wife says all the time I act like a kid0
