Too cold

Gained 5 kg in two weeks.. Been cold so I've been eating and drinking more. Help anyone?

Try exercising when you feel cold. My office is quite chilly in the mornings, so about 10:30 am, I get up and climb 13 flights of stairs. I'm warm when I'm done!! It warms up in there throughout the day, then later in the afternoon it starts to cool off again, so I do another 13 flights of stairs to warm up.
I also use tea and coffee to warm up a bit ... black, no milk, no sugar. I like sweeter teas like rooibos chai and lemon ginger so that I don't need to add any kind of sweetener.0
