Sounds super unimpressive, but I only had around 10lbs to lose so I'm really excited about it.

I've been stuck at 128 for about a year up until 2 months ago when I started consistently tracking/weighing food and incorporated weight lifting into my routine. The change is pretty subtle but I'm really proud of it so far! Especially since on the left was as soon as I woke up and the one I took just now is with a belly full of oatmeal. :P
