Hi all!
I have been doing the eating more to lose approach for about 6 weeks. Truth me told, this past week was not great; eating crap and not working out. Generally, I workout 4-5 times per week with yoga, spin and some lifting.
I have upped my calories starting from 1500 to about 2000 over the course of the 6 weeks and have not gained any weight nor lost any. Am I still not eating enough to find my maintenance? I am looking to lose fat not necessarily pounds per se.
I have a history of ED and am trying this to repair my metabolism. I know that I am supposed to be lifting and heavy, but other than that does anyone know what I need to do? I would like to starting cutting to lose..
