Hi everyone
I gained about 25 lbs last year and I managed to lose 10 lbs so far (yay!)
The funny thing is my blood pressure has always been on the low side (between 80/50 and 90/60) but I've been wondering if that's normal for someone who's gained a lot of weight.
I don't think I'm really anemic. I mean, I feel slightly light headed sometimes if I don't get to eat for a few hours after a hard workout but I'm guessing that's kinda normal..
And I do have a hard time getting up in the morning than most people but that's about it.
I heard some people have low blood pressure with no symptoms like me but I guess I just thought that after gaining weight my BP would naturally go up too.
I'm not really concerned or anything just curious if there are other people like me out there

My weight has never affected my low BP. It's always been around 100/60 or 90/60. I think everyone is different though. Your light-headedness not eating after a workout could be from lack of food or low blood sugar.
If you're concerned, give your doctor a call.0
