Hey guys anyone got some tips trick or advice they can give. Dropped Alot from my start but I really wanna drop these last few presents so I can get some real definition on me. Any help is appreciated.

i've usually found what's needed for me to drop that last few is...
Not deluding myself about calories. I have to track EVERYTHING and as ACCURATELY as possible. No more tasting, snacking, adding condiments without counting.
No "cheat days". As you get closer to your goal the more important it is for you to be consistent, it's pretty easy to undo a week's worth of deficit with one big cheat meal.
Sticking my my workout routine + adding in more intentional movement throughout the day. Walking more, taking the stairs, etc.1
