My BMR

I know this has probably been beat to death, but most people I see have numbers WAY lower than mine... so I want to get some opinions out there.
I used the fat2fit calculator as well as the formula posted all over to figure out what my BMR is. Both fat2fit and the formula give me the same 2651 BMR for the Harris-Benedict Formula. Fat2fit also gives me 2343 BMR for the Katch-McArdle Formula.
So my question is... is my BMR REALLY between 2343 and 2651? I recently started reading more on BMR and TDEE and am using a Bodymedia and trying to make sure I eat at least my BMR and eat at a TDEE deficit, but these numbers seem pretty huge! I know I ate more than this when I gained weight, but I just want to make sure my numbers are correct.
Age: 32
Sex: M
Weight: 295
Height: 6'4" (76")
BF%: 32
Am I crazy, or is this right? My Bodymedia shows that when I am relaxed and/or sleeping I burn about 1.9-2.1 calories per minute which would equal out to nearly the same as my BMR. I guess all these numbers can't be wrong, right?

I'm getting Your estimated BMR is: 2,390 calories/day from the MFP website tool, so yes it's as correct as it can be without actually going and getting tested.
Your TDEE set to sedentary is 3181 calories/day.
So if you ate at your BMR + exercise calories you'd have a daily deficit of 791 calories.
This adds up to a 1.5lb loss per week.0 -

Hmm, I guess I'll stick with it for now. Using my Bodymedia, I normally end up burning over 4000 calories per day (my total TDEE with exercise and all) and I try to stick to 2500-3000 intake just to get to the 1000-1500 deficit (since I am so overweight I am not worried about going under by 1500 at this point).
Here's hoping it keeps working. Lost weight last week but I feel like I just eat way too much anymore. Thanks!0
