After losing 50 lbs so far with 20 left to hit my goal, I thought I would memorialize what's working for me. This is for me as much as anyone, but I hope someone else finds it helpful:

S- sleep 8 hours a day
T- Train by lifting heavy and move a lot
E- eat clean and within calories
D- drink lots and lots of water
Y- you need to be patient

    I been doing insanity max 30 for a month now. But feel like I'm not losing that much weight. I'm thinking I might start lifting weights. What do u recommend me. do I keep on doing insanity or should start doing weight lifting?.

    Stronglifts 5x5 (or any similar progressive lifting program) would be a good compliment to Insanity.

    I read this as "STEADY" which would denote a sustainable, lifestyle change, so I would add the "A" -

    A - Adapt and adjust; plan your meals and workouts but always have a Plan B for when life throws you a curve.
