    Web site recommendations for planking? I'm not sure if there is a website specifically dedicated to planking. I'm sure you can find plenty of instructional videos on YouTube that gives you plenty of different types of planks to do.

    I agree, I have found YouTube to have a great variety of exercise and health related information. You may have to weed out the 'woo woo' but overall it's very helpful. I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.

    You Tube or bodybuilding.com. Make sure you learn the proper form first, then learn all the variations. They are very effective so I'd say start doing them right away.
