I came here from another site because I felt my privacy had incorrectly been invaded by another member of the other site. I am a very private person. Have been trying to lose weight for 20 years. Have an under active thyroid which complicates things. Have managed to lose about 7 lbs in the last two years since I retired. But it doesn't always stay off.
Can't decide if I should eat when it is time to eat or just wait until I get hungry - which sometimes these days seems to be never. Any one have any ideas on this?

You only need to lose 7 pounds?

The hunger issue, not sure! Maybe you have forgotten what hunger is since you have been at this for so long.0
