if you don't have one, you should

one of these:

My water consumption has increased exponentially since i started hauling this thing around. In the morning i toss in asome ice, couple of wedges of lemon, mint if i have it, and some chia seeds and have my chia water before i get too far into my day. I keep refilling as the day goes on and by the end of the work day i have had no less than 4 16 oz glasses of refreshing moderately flavored water.

It's splii resistant, which is important for a clutz like me, and way more enjoyable to drink from than a water bottle... I can also reach the bottom to clean it more so that a bottle.

This is my practical advice for the day. Have a good one!.

I have a 64oz water bottle I fill every morning. I don't even have to keep track of water. I just make sure I finish it (usually try to by mid-afternoon) and I'm good to go.

I've always been good with drinking water. My container of choice is a 24 oz Tervis water bottle. I just fill it up a few times a day and I'm good.

I love these things! I make the best iced tea (I love iced matcha) in them. I also love to drink ice water. I've never had a problem with drinking water!
