The best thing you can do is stay MOTIVATED. You will feel happier, healthier, and just feel all around great. Drink water, lots of water, take stairs over anything, do it for you, your family, and for those who struggle everyday with food addiction or weight loss issues. We have the power to do anything we put our minds to, so don't forget that. Everyone can always use more support and motivation, so add me and we can do this together!
