DVD in England?

Anyone know of any good, not too full on, exercise dvd's that i can get in england? or any ones that i can use with my rebok step ( wow i bet thats an antique now) lol

    Play do free delivery and really knocked down prices for good DVDs. I got my Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred from there... and my first ever workout DVD from Ministry of Sound (Pump it Up). There are so many different workout DVDs that you may aswell check the website and browse them all to see what suits you. You can also visit HMV and browse their sections in store or even online. They're slightly more expensive than Play, though.

    I like Davina Mcall but you might like to try some fun exercise in private like belly dance. It's not the cabaret stuff that men expect but what it's really about. Women dancing with / for women. All shapes and sizes. Also look for stuff for free on YouTube. :))
