    After I made amazing progress, I plateaued, got discouraged and sort of got in the "f it" mentality. I let a bit of progress slide over the past couple weeks. Today is day 1 of my full throttle re-commitment to the process so I can finally get abs! Lol! Feel free to add me if you need another accountability buddy! :)
