I have a question do the macros recalculate automatically cause i just put in my new weight and my macros went down significantly yesterday my carbs were set at 346 but today they're at 266 so im confused

They will recalculate since your macros will adjust as you lose.

However I've had custom set macro settings reset on me before and I had to go back in and manually change them back to my ratios. Maybe double check to make sure your ratios are the same if you had custom set them.

Every time I change my weight the macros switch back to the default settings. Now when I change one I change them both.
